We are currently seeking LICENSED MASSAGE PROFESSIONALS to join our expanding team at both locations!

A licensed massage professional passionate about spa treatments and therapies

Our spa provides a wide array of services, including facials, waxing, massages, body treatments, an infrared sauna (Sumner), a Himalayan salt room (Sumner), an event and education space (Sumner), and a retail boutique. As a licensed massage therapist, you will be expected to perform various massage techniques, such as relaxation, deep tissue, cupping therapy, warm bamboo, body scrubs, Lomi Lomi, and more, in a safe and comfortable manner.

Job Type:
Full-time and part-time opportunities available, with immediate openings for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide professional wellness therapies and massage treatments to clients
Conduct thorough consultations before treatments to ensure the highest quality of care
Advise clients on aftercare protocols
Manage a professional social media presence to attract new clients and engage existing ones
Set and track goals using the Summit system
Maintain a clean and well-stocked treatment room, adhering to company sanitation practices
Address guest questions, needs, and expectations with care
Promote add-on services, upgrades, and retail products
Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
Contribute to a high-performing team by giving and receiving feedback openly
Learn new techniques and treatments as directed by the company
Maintain Washington State licensing
Stay current with market trends and best practices
Follow company dress code standards
Foster a happy, healthy, and productive work environment

Valid Washington State Massage License
