As a 1992 graduate of Brian Utting Massage School and a 2010 graduate of Bastyr University, I appreciate the immeasurable value of a teacher who can inspire and entertain as well as educate, which are my goals in the classroom. One of the major principles of naturopathic medicine is “Docere”, Latin for Teach. This is a principle that guides my practice as well as all aspects of my life.
I am co-founder of Interactive Health Clinic in Lynnwood. My philosophy centers on “straightforward medicine”; making adjustments to diet and lifestyle to support the body’s own healing process and building a strong foundation before moving on to other higher-force interventions. I see each of my patients and students as an individual and my goal is to treat them as such. I am a general family practitioner and specialize in GI issues, pain control, physical medicine, dietary issues and women’s health. I have advanced training in nutrition, IV Nutrient therapy, and injection therapies and have been practicing craniosacral therapy for over 15 years.
