We are a small, client-focused massage clinic in the heart of Georgetown, dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic massage and wellness services. **Who We’re Looking For**:
We seek licensed massage therapists who are:
**Treatment-Focused**: Skilled in therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage, or trigger point therapy to address client-specific needs.
**Personable**: Warm, empathetic, and excellent at building rapport with clients to create a positive, trusting experience.
**Eager to Learn**: Excited to expand their skills through ongoing training, collaboration, and professional development opportunities.
**Team-Oriented**: Ready to contribute to a supportive, small clinic environment where we value communication and growth.
**Responsibilities**:
– Perform high-quality, customized massage therapy sessions (60–120 minutes) tailored to client needs.
– Conduct client intake to develop effective treatment plans.
– Maintain accurate client records and communicate effectively with the team.
– Uphold a clean, professional, and welcoming environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
– Engage in ongoing learning and contribute to the clinic’s collaborative culture.
**Qualifications**:
– Valid Washington State Massage Therapist License (active and in good standing).
– Proficiency in therapeutic massage techniques (e.g., deep tissue, sports, or clinical modalities).
– Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
– Enthusiasm for professional growth and learning new techniques.
– Reliable, punctual, and committed to a team-oriented workplace.
– Current liability insurance.
