Compensation
• $45–$80/hour + tips (rate depends on experience, availability, and service mix)

Scheduling Options
• Full-time, part-time, or on-call shifts available
• We can build a consistent schedule or a flexible “fill-in” rotation based on your needs

What You’ll Do
• Deliver exceptional, client-centered massage therapy
• Support patients with nervous-system-aware, trauma-informed professionalism
• Collaborate with the care team when appropriate
• Keep documentation and communication clear and simple
What We’re Looking For
• Active Washington State LMT license
• Confident clinical skills + strong boundaries and professionalism
• Grounded presence, reliable follow-through, and care for people
• Alignment with integrative wellness and a team-based model
