Requirements

Massage Therapy License (Required)
NPI ( National Practitioner Identification )
Professional Liability Insurance
Insurance Contracting:

Willingness to allow practice to credential you with insurances.
Average weekly hours: TBD / Can be flexible depending on your availability

Work schedule: Mon-Fri

Wage Range: Based on experience, please contact to inquire
