We’re seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with at least 5 years of hands-on experience who can work 3–4 days per week (up to 20 hours). If you’re committed to high-quality care, self-directed learning, and working in a respectful, supportive environment—we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized massage therapy using evidence-informed techniques
• Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication
  Collaborate with clients to develop wellness goals
• Perform intake and document sessions according to standards
• Educate clients on realistic outcomes and self-care strategies
  Requirements
• Active Washington State massage therapy license in good standing (no complaints or disciplinary actions)
• Minimum 5 years or 2,500 hours of hands-on massage experience (post-licensure)
• Current professional liability insurance
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Commitment to therapeutic, personalized, and professional massage services

Preferred Modalities (Not Required)

• Lymphatic drainage
• Prenatal massage
• Myofascial release
• Sports massage

Bonus If You Have

• Credentialing with major health insurance providers (or willingness to become credentialed)
• Experience in private practice or integrative wellness settings
