Room coming available in a wellness space on March 1st. I’m looking for another occupant that offers massage, or manual therapy to take over the space that’s available to complement the other services being offered. Opportunity for client networking and referrals.
The sharable space for rent is 500 square feet and features a shared ADA compliant bathroom, waiting area and kitchenette. The primary room for rent is 144 square feet (12×12) which is room enough for a treatment table and office furniture.
There is nearby parking, the property is street facing and street level – so there is more opportunity for business exposure if you’re starting out or relocating. This room gets light exposure primarily in the morning and midday, and the space is quiet.
The other occupant does a bodywork modality that compliments massage and primarily works weekdays, but you may have run of the space on weekends and some weekdays. If interested please reach out over email for more details.
