Duties:
– Provide medically oriented massage therapy services to patients.
– Assess patients’ needs and create customized treatment plans
– Perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage
– Maintain detailed, accurate and up-to-date patient records
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors or physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients
– Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by following proper sanitation protocols
Required techniques:
-Swedish
-Deep Tissue/Therapeutic Massage
Desired techniques:
-Gua Sha
-Cupping
-Lymphatic Drainage
-Cranial/Sacral
-Pin and Stretch
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients’
– Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and occupational health principles
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
– Valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist
