POSITION PURPOSE:

Reporting to the Spa Director, the Spa therapist will be required to have in-depth knowledge of several massage modalities along with hands-on experience. The therapist will be required to perform massage and body treatments. They are licensed massage therapists that are qualified to address concerns based on that assessment as well as the medical condition of the client, make treatment and product recommendations that are available at Spa Serein.

Wage Range is $16.50 – $18.50 per hour PLUS commission and tips upward to $55.00 per hour and is based on tenure, applicable experience and work history.

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: Discretionary annual bonus program

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

EXPERIENCE: Experience in hotels preferred, customer service required, valid Washington State Massage License, minimum three years of hands-on massage experience preferred, patience, professionalism and respect for Spa guests.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or its equivalent

o Ability to adapt to changing business demands and guest needs
o Ability to work a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, AM, PM
o Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 – $18.50 per hour
